Why Arzu
More Than a Coffee Cart
Arzu is the Persian and Turkish word for wish — the quiet hope stitched into every hand-knotted rug, made to be passed down. We brought that same intention to coffee: every cart carries the color and pattern of the rugs we grew up around, and every drink is pulled to order by a trained barista who treats your event like it's the only one that day. From the first pour to the last sip, we want it to feel considered.

We started Arzu Coffee Co. to bring a little more artistry to the coffee cart — the kind of care and pattern you'd find in a hand-knotted Persian or Turkish rug, poured into every cup we hand off. Arzu means wish, and ours was simple: build a mobile espresso bar that feels less like a vendor and more like a guest who happens to make excellent coffee.
Based in Chicago, we show up for weddings, offices, and everything in between — cup by cup, pattern by pattern.
